Coaching by Email
Coaching by email is for individuals wanting to incorporate Life Coaching over the internet with the help of an experienced and skilled Life Coach.
Through Email Coaching, commonly referred to as E-Coaching, I will investigate aims, establish direction, review boundaries, develop plans, implement actions and review outcomes.
My role is in being your personal guide and support you through to achieving your desired outcomes. My experience will help you avoid pitfalls and will ensure an effective time frame to achieve your desired goal.
If you are genuinely committed to moving forward and feel you can open up more via email, then e-coaching may be the best route for you.
Coaching via email is becoming an incredibly effective and popular way for people to benefit from coaching in a convenient, confidential and affordable way.
E-Coaching will benefit you if:

- You feel comfortable using email
- Your needs are specific to one area
- You are happy to try exercises and complete homework.

- You are simply looking for a cheaper option to Phone Coaching.
Some of those I coach via email, have used phone sessions to further discuss their findings and progression, so coaching by email can compliment the coaching relationship and easily fit your schedule.

Example of a client email:
Hi, I feel since I've left education my brainpower has dramatically decreased and my abillity to think quickly and cleverly is not giving me much fun in conversation! Is this something that you can provide help with? I'm particularly interested in learning lateral thinking and also visual thinking. This is mostly as a personal development exercise to help my social life and sense of humour, but also to help grow my business.
I'd appreciate any help you can give me to give me more fun with thinking and also have a better attention span! Look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards, J
Evelyn's Email Response:
Hi J, Thanks for your email.
Creativity is something we are all born with and what you seem to be describing is a perceived temporary dormancy of your natural ability to create in your life, in the way you interact, the way you speak and as you said, use your mind laterally, visually etc. Attention span is about motivation and focus, so it is all in fact interlinked.
Why I describe it as 'percieved' is that in actual fact, you are using your creativity every single day without even knowing it and often times, when we are, for instance, 'stuck in a rut' or feeling unsatisfied or unfulfilled in our lives, we are using our creativity, but against ourselves, for instance, you may be subconsciously feeding yourself with negative images, expecting negative outcomes of yourself and your live and don't even realise it.
I come across what you have described quite a lot in one form or another and essentially, what it boils down to is your inner dialogue, your subconscious beliefs about yourself and the limitations you deeply believe you exist within (these beliefs and limitations are formed in our early childhood, but can be changed easily).
Through my coaching, clients develop clarity, confidence, focus and fulfilment. When we gain clarity about ourselves, we get in touch with what we want, what we don't want, who we want to become and who we are innately etc. with that knowledgge, we are then able to empower ourselves in our daily lives which builds inner confidence. To ensure this lasts for the long term, I help you to permanently reprogram your internal software and recommend certain exercises like visualisation, NLP techniques, certain reading material, meditation and so on, all of course depending on your likes and dislikes and where you are at in yourself, to accelerate your success.
What happens is, with clarity, comes acceptance of where we are and why we are where we are and with acceptance, we free up alot of our energy and with that new freedom we begin to feel more confident, so we start taking risks in our thinking, in how we think, in what is possible for us etc. and with that inner shift, the creativity just flows.
Obviously, we would need to have a discussion so I can get a better understanding of where you're at and explain how I can help you in a more specific way, but the above process occurs with almost all clients and creativity is one of the major benefits of self improvement and development. The lack of it, is just a red flag in your life, to stay, stop, look around, re-assess and develop a new way of moving forward.
I hope that gives you a taste for how I work and how you could move forward.
Kind regards, Evelyn
