Client Coaching Agreement
All new clients agree to these terms when embarking on coaching with Evelyn.
Time: It is the client's responsibility to confirm the agreed session.
Cancellations or Postponement: If necessary, clients may cancel their coaching sessions 48 hours prior to that session's start time and reschedule without penalty. If clients do not cancel within the 48 hour window, they forfeit the costs and benefits of that session.
For exceptional circumstances, on a case by case basis i.e. illness, €50 will be payable for 60 minute session cancellations.
For Face-to-Face clients, a lodgement of the full session fee is made into my bank account, Paypal payments are also accepted if more convenient.
To apply for cancellation as a result of exceptional circumstances, a phone call is the only acceptable mode of communication.
Cancellation / Late for Face-to-Face Clients: It is the responsibility of the Client to be punctual and be prepared so that we can be the most productive.
For Phone Clients ONLY: To focus the Coaching for your session, please be sure to have filled and returned a copy of the Coaching Session Prep Form that you will have received via e-mail.
Only on very rare occasions have I had to enforce these terms, but basic ground rules are very important to establish any working relationship and ensure clarity on both sides from the beginning.
Referral BONUS Program: All clients will receive one FREE added coaching session for each successful client referral.
Note: New clients are to complete a minimum of 3 sessions in order to be credited with a client referral bonus.
*Evelyn is now seeing clients in London. London Bridge & Victoria & Tower Hill, as well as the Workplace Sessions facility in the Greater London area.
