Client Agreement
All new clients are required to agree to these terms before embarking on coaching with Evelyn.
Time: It is the client's responsibility to confirm the agreed session.
Cancellations or Postponement: If necessary, clients may cancel their coaching sessions 24 hours prior to that session's start time and reschedule without penalty. If clients do not cancel within the 24 hour window, they forfeit the costs and benefits of that session.
For exceptional circumstances, on a case by case basis i.e. illness, €40 will be payable for 60 minute session cancellations and €50 for 90 minute cancellations.
For Face-to-Face clients, Paypal is the preferred method of payment for these payments.
To apply for cancellation as a result of exceptional circumstances, a phone call is the only acceptable mode of communication.
Cancellation / Late for Face-to-Face & Phone Clients: It is the responsibility of the Client to be punctual and be prepared so that we can be the most productive.
For Phone Clients ONLY: To focus the Coaching for your session, please be sure to have filled and returned a copy of the Coaching Session Prep Form that you will have received via e-mail.
Phone Coaching Ground Rules: Like any relationship, there is a need for some basic ground rules and these are:
- Payment is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of appointment. If not, the appointment will not take place.
- 24 hours notice is required for any change in time to the appointment and if not given, full payment is required for the use of my time. (Exceptional circumstances are treated separately). In the case of illness and having to miss or change an appointment within the 24 hour time period, €40 will be payable via Paypal.
- If a client is late for an appointment, that time is deducted from the agreed time slot. If no contact has been made and the client is over 10 minutes late, the session will not take place and the full fee will apply.
Only on very rare occasions have I had to enforce these terms, but basic ground rules are very important to establish any working relationship and ensure clarity on both sides from the beginning.
Referral BONUS Program: All clients will receive one FREE added coaching session for each successful client referral.
Note: New clients are to complete a minimum of 3 sessions in order to be credited with a client referral bonus.
